Insurance Information

For the convenience of our patients we accept the vast majority of health insurance plans. This includes SelectHealth (Select Care and Select Care+), Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Altius, Cigna, Aetna, PEHP, Medicare and AARP.  A more complete list is included below.  We do not accept SelectMed or Medicaid. Please contact our office if you do not see your insurance plan listed.  We may be able to assist.
